It takes expertise and individual ideas to turn a piece of land into a residential or commercial site. We are familiar with the differing demands of local authorities, companies, investors and private developers and over the last 30 years or so, we have brought them together with a serious, quality-based approach to produce good solutions.

Be it large logistics park, small-format industrial sites or classical residential development, in cooperation with the local authorities in the Region Hannover we have already developed more than 1.8 million square metres of commercial sites and more than 800,000 square metres of residential sites, in addition to the building land made available by the municipalities. HRG and its shareholders – Region Hannover and Sparkasse Hannover – are thus the largest providers of building land in the Region Hannover.

But as well as developing space, we also look to our own development: for some years now, we have supplemented our range of activities with projects to convert commercial properties into attractive residential sites or commercial locations. We are well connected with all relevant partners in the property and planning sector in the Region Hannover and also on a national scale, so that we can produce the ideal solution for every kind of land development.

As a partner, we offer binding cooperation structures and various organisational models through to joint project companies.
