For about 120 years, the Rahlfs Group has been operating as a family company: The corporate philosophy “We create premises where people live and work more healthily, contentedly and successfully”. The firm is now being run in the fourth generation. Reliability and a straightforward approach are the key elements of how we see ourselves. As real estate developer and portfolio holder, we build retail parks, medical centres, office buildings, buildings for the public sector and apartments to let, right across Germany.
The Rahlfs Group invests in metropolitan regions, towns and cities and smaller growth centres. Either as single investor or together with commercial and private investors or cooperation partners, the company has one aim as a property developer: to enhance areas. This not only influences cityscapes but also brings districts back to life. The subsidiary “modulab” concentrates on sustainable module construction in cost-effective wood/hybrid construction.
